Another village and aged care high-rise for Epping: Uniting reveals plans for $100M 19-storey tower

The Not For Profit has lodged an application to develop the 19-storey building on Oxford Street in Epping – just a 400-metre walk from Stockland’s planned 29-storey village and aged care redevelopment at Our Lady Help of Christians Church and School on Cambridge Street.

Uniting’s existing Coombah retirement village, which has three two-storey buildings on the site will be demolished and replaced with an 83-bed aged care facility and 152 retirement living units designed by Turner Studio.

The tower will also house Uniting’s ancillary offices and ground floor retail.

Uniting is one of our largest village and aged care providers with over 100 sites across NSW and ACT.
