After years of resident and operator hesitation, both the private and the Not For Profit sector have dived into vertical villages. Anglican Retirement Villages announced a 14 story tower in Sydney, Renaissance Retirement Living announced a 3 x 8 story tower development on the Gold Coast, Grand Pacific is selling well its 25 level village in Southport, Southern Cross commits to 125 apartments in Perth.
