Arcare: Buys Gold Coast aged care facility

Victorian based provider, Arcare has purchased a 72 bed facility in Helensvale on the Gold Coast. The acquisition boosts their property portfolio to 15, four located in Queensland. The provider now operates a total of 440 beds in Queensland, along with more than a thousand residential care places in Victoria.
