Founded by Tim Russell and Mark Taylor 18 months ago, Aura now has over 1,200 units in their development pipeline in partnership with Singapore’s SC Capital and QLD private equity firm Blue Sky (between them they built RetireAustralia from scratch, eventually handing it over to the New Zealanders).

Their third southeast Queensland community following Kingsford Terrace in Corinda and The Avenue in Maroochydore, The Atrium Lutwyche at Lutwyche, 4km from Brisbane CBD, will feature 60 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

The village will also include a rooftop deck with city views and on demand in-home care services through Peer 2 Peer disruption home care service Five.Good.Friends – which Russell also co-founded.
