Be on the lookout for letter from Department of Health

The Federal Government has announced it will be writing 180,000 letters to aged care clients and older people who hold an ACAT aged care assessment in the coming weeks to let them know about the home care changes set to be introduced on February 27 2017.

The letter tells of the Consumer Directed Care initiative and to prepare to ‘shop around’ for home care services.
