Beachmere Sands (Sunshine Coast) wins two major HIA Awards

Beachmere Sands, 50 kilometres north of Brisbane, is emerging as Australia’s largest Over 55’s development covering 300 acres and worth over $1 billion. Last month it was awarded two HIA (Housing Industry Association) awards. The first was 2007 Winner: Villa Development of the Year (recognising quality medium density residential projects) and 2007 Winner: Special Purpose Housing of the Year (housing designed and built to meet the needs of Over 55’s retirees).
