Bolton Clarke’s new five-storey 162-bed Fernhill residential aged care facility in Caboolture, 44km north of Brisbane CBD, is approaching 100% capacity.
The RAC is the $48 million first stage of an integrated community. The site incorporates a landscaped setting with underground parking to maximise green space. The community also a memory support centre, wellness centre, day therapy centre, café, hair and beauty salon and gym. Onsite facilities and services include health specialists and consulting rooms.
The second part of construction which will take place over the next decade will see new supported living apartments built.
