Developers Curry and Wilson has announced a 335-unit village to be built at North Bundaberg, with townhouses within the 32-hectare village to be built around 20 metres apart; they are also proposing to make the facility completely fence free. Bundaberg Features program consultant Neil McPhillips attributes the recent influx of retirement villages into the region to Bundabergs reputation as affordable.
