Construction started on the $5m Redcliffe GP Super Clinic

Established by the Redcliffe Hospital Foundation and the University of Queensland, Moreton Bay Integrated Care Centre will be located on the grounds of Redcliffe Hospital and will bring together GPs, practice nurses, allied health professionals and specialists. The GP Super Clinic will provide an acute care service, a chronic disease management service and education and training. There are 18 Super Clinics currently under-construction across the country.

Serenitas snaps up Lifestyle Communities’ 205-lot Ocean Grove site, with two more deals close

Serenitas has acquired Lifestyle Communities’ 205-lot Ocean Grove site on Victoria’s Bellarine Peninsula for $46.2 million, below its 30 June book value of $54.8 million, with infrastructure works largely complete.
