Established by the Redcliffe Hospital Foundation and the University of Queensland, Moreton Bay Integrated Care Centre will be located on the grounds of Redcliffe Hospital and will bring together GPs, practice nurses, allied health professionals and specialists. The GP Super Clinic will provide an acute care service, a chronic disease management service and education and training. There are 18 Super Clinics currently under-construction across the country.

66 recipients of Aged Care Capital Assistance Program grants announced
The Australia Government has announced 66 recipients of its Aged Care Capital Assistance Program with grants worth $300 million. The largest - a grant of more than $50 million - has gone to Southern Cross Care (QLD) to build a new 94-bed residential care home in Broken Hill, NSW.
