Masonic Homes (SA) has negotiated the sale of its four aged care facilities and community care services (with 500 staff) to Adelaides ECH a 1,300 staff community based Not for Profit. Masonic Homes CEO, Doug Strain, says their strategy includes significant new investment in expanding services to their five existing villages in Adelaide and Darwin, with the emphasis on adaptable housing to allow residents to stay at home for their full life. He says national expansion is likely.
