The 107 resident Bridgewater nursing home in Roxburgh Park, Melbourne (operated by
Vitality Care), has gone into administration. The Federal Minister Justine Elliot was quick
off the mark to guarantee the residents will receive appropriate care and their bonds will
be protected, She is also funding a team to manage the facility in conjunction with the
administrator. Nursing staff are reportedly seeking up to $500,000 in unpaid entitlements.
