Not For Profit provider Fresh Hope Care has rebranded to Fresh Hope Communities.

The NSW-based Christian organisation, which operates nine independent living villages and eight residential aged care homes across the state, has launched its
new brand to emphasise its focus on building communities, said Lynn Bailey (pictured), Director Seniors Communities at Fresh Hope Communities.

“We took this step to clarify and unify our organisational identity for each of our operational sites and facilities across all our services: Residential Aged Care, Retirement Living, Outdoor Activities, Conferencing and Group Accommodation. 

“We are committed to creating and cultivating communities and a sense of belonging and we believe this change allows us to position ourselves in a way that makes it clear to those we engage with, who we are and what we are about,” she told The Weekly SOURCE.

In an email to residents, families and caregivers, CEO Dan Dwyer (pictured) said the new brand identity – to be rolled out over the next six to 12 months – will bring clarity to an organisation currently referred to as Fresh Hope Care, Churches of Christ Community Care, Fresh Hope, and Fresh Hope Venues.

“Churches of Christ Community Care was established by Churches of Christ in NSW over 80 years ago, and over that time, the organisation has grown in both size and the services it provides to the communities in which it operates.

“This change allows us to position ourselves in a way that makes it clear to those we engage with that we are about creating and cultivating communities and a sense of belonging,” he said.

Fresh Hope is currently redeveloping its residential home at Maitland in the Hunter region to a co-located retirement and aged care facility.
