The QLD-based operator and their sister company Living Gems have also announced their retirement living residents will be able to access the QLD Not For Profit’s suite of government-funded home care services.

This includes rehabilitation and physical therapy; respite care; home and garden maintenance, transport help with shopping and paying bills; and in-home nursing.

Residents would also have access to related PresCare products and services including mobility aids and meal delivery services.

This is a further indication that LLC’s are transitioning from 55’s lifestyle villages to real senior’s accommodation. Palm Lakes has four co-located care facilities in development as well.
