Most of the 9,000 village residents who appointed DCM Sanctuary for the ‘free’ solar panel system from the government are still waiting for official approvals – along with the rest of Australia. The word is that applications lodged in mid May with the Government are being processed at the moment – meaning it could be as late as December before all applications are approved.
