Halcyon now Australia's most awarded Over 50's lifestyle developer

At the latest UDIA (QLD) Awards for Excellence, Halcyon received awards in 4 categories: Seniors Living, Excellence in Environmental Sustainability Development – Built Form, Excellence in Environmental Sustainability Development – Land Based and the President’s Award. Halcyon was also the first retirement community in Australia to receive the six leaf EnviroDevelopment certification from the UDIA.

Halcyon has built five resort communities on the Sunshine and Gold Coast’s under the manufactured home parks model, with 650 residents.

Across their five projects homes range in price from $330,000 to $1.25 million. They do not charge exit or DMF fees or share in the capital gain.
