An interesting marketing move.
Hampshire Villages is advertising a two-week holiday at any of its Hampshire Tourist Park – subject to conditions – to purchasers of homes at its Casino Lifestyle Village in NSW’s Northern Rivers region.
The two-week holiday period – which can be broken up to allow for stays at multiple Parks – can only be redeemed after settlement and must be taken by 31 December 2022.
New homes at the community are priced from $398,000.
Hampshire also offers a shared equity facility which allows new residents to buy their new home from 75% of the purchase price.
Founded by David Hoffman 20 years ago, Hampshire was the first land lease operator in NSW to build and position MHEs as lifestyle communities for the over-50s market.
They now have 17 communities across NSW, Victoria, SA and WA.
