Hometown Australia’s Glenfern, Port Macquarie, to sell single-storey homes from $535K and two-storey homes – with lift – from $575K

Hometown Australia, the Australian arm of the US housing operator Hometown America, has revealed the prices for its 151-home land lease community Glenfern, in Port Macquarie, on the NSW Mid North Coast.

Single-storey homes start at $535,000 while two-storey homes, which can include a lift, are priced at $575,000. Port Macquarie has a median house price of $720,000.

“The core focus of the Glenfern Community design is to create a purpose-built neighbourhood to encourage a sense of belonging, social connection and security by including areas where residents can walk their dogs, engage in social activities and come together to enjoy being part of the community,” said Hometown Australia’s Development Manager Geoff Dearden.

Civil construction is underway, with home construction to start mid-next year.
