ASX-listed Shell Villages and Resorts Limited (SVC) yesterday announced it had sold its Hunter Valley Village for $3.75 million. The proceeds from the sale of the village – purchased for $3.1 million in May of last year – will be used to reduce existing company debt. This follows SCV stating late last month that negotiations were being conducted to sell its Brisbane River Terraces community in Goodna for $7.8 million.
