Reassuring news of better sales results are filtering in. Last week we visited villages in South Australia plus Open Days in Sydney. At Lifestyle SA, Sales chief Roxanne Norris reported 14 sales for February at Golden Grove village (in Stage 3) and 30 sales overall across their 4 Adelaide villages with stock. Karen Mattingly of Aevum reported at her two Open Days (in Sydney and Port Macquarie) they achieved three sales each plus firm commitments on top. Kevin Ryans new Kantarra village is yet to open but he has one couple already renting at his Yowie Bay Waterbrook village waiting for Kantarra completion and another buyer living in his demonstration suite.
