Manufactured home estate operator Ingenia has announced that it sold 100 homes in the 12 months to June 2015. This was 20% greater than their forecast of 75 to 80 sales.

Ingenia launched into the sector in March 2013 – 26 months ago. They now have over 20 manufactured home estates. They are also the largest operator of rental villages plus they have approximately for retirement villages which are being sold to fund further expansion in the manufactured home estate market.
