Ingenia Lifestyle’s over 55s community, Latitude One, at Anna Bay in Port Stephens, 209km north of Sydney’s CBD, has poured the slab on its last land lease home.

Construction began on the 270-home community in late-2017.

“We’re thrilled to see one of our first premium Star Collection communities reach completion and become well-established in the region,” said Ms Melrose.

Set upon 29.2 hectares, Latitude One’s first release sold out in a matter of days and the majority of its second release fully reserved soon after.
