The LLC developer officially opened its Plantations community in Woolgoolga on the NSW Far North Coast (26 kilometres north of Coffs Harbour) last week.

As we reported here, 96 per cent of the first two release stages of Plantations homes had already been reserved by buyers back in April.

Now that the first residents have moved in, an additional 50 residents are expected to settle into their new homes in the community by next month – and continued high demand is expected to drive a third release of homes in early June.

The development is Ingenia’s sixteenth LLC across NSW, VIC and QLD.
