Introducing Resistar, the complete village rating and research program

We are proud to announce Resistar, a sophisticated and affordable resident rating system that delivers three resident research results for one investment.

Resistar is the fifth McCrindle Baynes village sector research project since 2008. Two years in development by McCrindle Research and ourselves, it delivers:

A five star resident rating marketing tool for use in digital and other media

A Net Promoter Score (NPS) for the village which will also deliver an NPS for the village sector

A census of all residents that have bought into the village in the past 24 months - revealing the decision drivers of today's buyers

The research process has been rigorously tested. The pen and paper research consists of 32 questions and builds on the 2008/2011/2014 McCrindle Baynes surveys of 15,000+ residents across 400+ villages. In 2014 we also were commissioned to research and NPS score for the entire New Zealand retirement village sector.

The Resistar rating system will be strongly promoted and featured on villages.com.au with over 1.1 million village searches a year.

The entire program, delivering the three research outcomes, will require an investment of less than $1,000 per village (for villages with less than 175 units).

The research programme will commence in July with results and ratings delivered in November.
