The four-year project will see independent living units, care suites, integrated childcare centre, a café and retail spaces that will be open to the public built at Denman Prospect in Molonglo Valley, a new suburb 8km from the CBD which CAG purchased from the Government last year.

The site will also include an integrated childcare centre to encourage intergenerational engagement and interaction.

The owners of the Canberra Airport, CAG is currently developing Stage 1 and 2 of the development (around 3,200 homes in total) with the final suburb to include around 4,000 homes.
