Nieves Murray, CEO of IRT, has purchased 16 ha of pasture land adjacent to its William Beach Gardens care facility in Kanahooka, a suburb that fronts onto Lake Illawarra north of Wollongong. The plan is a staged development of 160 ILUs that will complement the existing 160 bed facility plus 60 ILUs.
