Arguably the leading executive of the biggest developer in the retirement village and care sector, Ken Barber, has resigned as CEO of ARV in New South Wales, effective end of August. ARV as approaching $1 billion in development in the dioceses of Sydney alone at present. His hallmark has been to attract senior executives from the private sector, mirroring he is own journey from finance director of BOC. He intends now to travel while RVA commenced a search for a new CEO.
