The 40-acre Waterbrook Bowral will be home to 135 units designed by Marchese Architects as well as a range of five-star features including a 24/7 concierge, wellness centre and spa, à la carte restaurant and bar, ballroom/play theatre and library.

The Waterbrook brand was founded by Ryan in 1998. He built two award-winning luxury retirement villages at Yowie Bay and Greenwich jointly owned with the Oatley family before selling them to Lendlease in 2014. He returned to the sector last year with an $84 million 95-unit retirement village at the Bayview Golf Club on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Kevin Ryan tells us the units at Bayview will be priced from $1.5 million to $3 million.
