LASA is taking its annual seniors housing conference online this year with a series of short presentations, Live Q&As with the presenters and discussion forums focusing on embedding quality customer service, care and support in your business model.
Attendees will be able to access the virtual conference portal from their computer, iPad or phone and use their camera and microphone to communicate with each other, speakers and exhibitors throughout the event.
