Lend Lease has won approval to build a new ACT retirement village 20 km north of Canberra CBD at Isabella Plains. It is their first move into Canberra and they will build 122 homes with starting prices at $390,000. They commence selling off the plan next month and expect first residents to be moving in mid next year. They are heavily promoting the fact that their ILUs will have a minimum seven star ACT House Energy Rating.
