Lend Lease Primelife (LLP), which is the reincarnation of Babcock & Brown Communities after Lend Lease purchased 42% of BBC in late December, now claims to be the largest village operator with 11,230 ILUs, overtaking FKP/aveo with 10,199 ILUs. In the purchase of BBC, Lend Lease also added approximately 7 of its Retirement by Design villages taking it to the leadership position. LLP also has 2,313 care beds. In the nine months to March LLP achieved 140 new ILUs sales and 261 resales, a total of 401 ILUs sales or 45 per month, with sales momentum picking up, particularly with existing villages.
