Masonic Care Tasmania Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Daniel Findley has been named the national winner for the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) Lynda Gratton CEO Award which recognises CEOs who achieve positive results for their organisation through best-practice people management, beating out more than 80 finalists.

Mr Findley was appointed MCT’s inaugural CEO in 2016 after a merger turned it into one of Tasmania’s largest providers with three aged care homes, 12 retirement villages and community support services.

Mr Findley was responsible for merging three organisations and their executive teams into one and developing an inaugural strategic plan and marketing strategy to rebrand the new organisation as a well-known, respected brand.
