A northern NSW retirement village has been completed to provide rental style accommodation for seniors. New Horizons residents will pay $70,000 for a lifetime licence giving them the right to live in one of the units. Residents will also pay a weekly amount of $135, after government rent assistance, for hotel style services such as three meals a day.
