The ‘resort-style’ Catalina Cooranbong village features 31 freestanding homes and villas.

The homes have been built by Yarrum Designer Homes – the largest residential home builder in the Newcastle region (two hours north of Sydney) – whose first village development, Catalina Lake Macquarie, is just five minutes away from the new Cooranbong site.

As we reported here, Yarrum began its expansion into the retirement village sector in 2016, announcing that they planned to build a new village ever two years across the Eastern Seaboard for the next 10 years.
