New stages take Anglicare’s Woolooware Shores to 411 units plus 171 beds

The first of three stages of Anglicare’s additional development at its Woolooware Shores retirement facility at Taren Point in Sydney’s South, is for sale.

The new building at Anglicare’s Woolooware Shores Retirement Village, situated on Woolooware Bay in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire, includes 42 seniors living apartments and 48 residential aged care facility beds. It also includes an indoor swimming pool and spa, a gym and beauty therapy, an outdoor BBQ and a private cinema will be opening soon.

The remaining two stages will deliver another five buildings and an additional 140 self-contained apartments in one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations. The current stage is for 63-self-contained apartments. A restaurant is also planned, along the Woolooware Bay shared pathway.

The final stage is for 78 apartments across two buildings, bringing the total at Woolooware Shores to 411 dwellings and 171 residential care rooms.

The first stage, situated on Woolooware Bay in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire, also includes access to an indoor swimming pool and spa, a gym and beauty therapist, a care, outdoor BBQ and a private cinema will be opening soon.
