NSW: $800 million Panthers masterplan unveiled

Seniors living, residential apartments and retail are part of an $800 million-dollar masterplan for Penrith Panthers. The development proposal is one of the biggest to appear on Council’s desk. Public exhibition of the plans is to be expected later this year and staged construction is hoped for 2012.
