NSW: Negotiations for Sutherland Shire Moran facility

Sutherland Shire Council is in negotiations with Moran Health Care Group for the construction of a multi-storey residential aged care facility with a total capacity for 120 beds in Engadine. The proposal is part of Councils’ multimillion dollar community facilities project.
