NSW: Planning Department says no to seniors living in Mater Dei

Camden Council’s proposed ‘seniors living' within the Mater Dei residential area has not been supported by the Planning Department who on May 13, said it was “inappropriate” to allow seniors housing on land which is proposed to be zoned E4 Environmental Living.
