In May South Australia’s Independent Commission against Corruption set December as a deadline to deliver its report into maladministration of the Oakden aged care facility.
Commissioner Bruce Lander now says he needs more time – beyond the next State election in March – to go through the 37,000 documents received and other processes. They have conducted eight hearings and have plans for 17 more formal hearings.
