The 149-bed facility in Blacktown, 34km west of the CBD, will feature 108 single rooms, 12 double rooms and a memory support unit with 17 single rooms.
Western Sydney is a particular focus for the aged care operator, which is spending $300M on eight new homes across the region including a four-storey $55M facility in Bankstown.
The other homes will be built in Toongabbie, Winston Hills, Penrith, Wentworthville and Cabramatta.
