80% of the contracts who turned up to the Woollam Constructions-run information session for the 117-unit development were from the Sunshine Coast – signaling a high level of local interest in Tim Russell and Mark Taylor’s latest project.

The first stage – which was already 30% sold in December – is due to be completed at the start of 2019.
