The Department of Health and Ageing (Department) has banned Shalom Toowoomba Nursing Home from taking in new residents for six months. The ban is part of sanctions imposed by the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency (Agency) that has identified risks to residents health, safety and well-being.
