QLD’s Bolton Clarke plans $40 million facility in Denham Court in south-west Sydney

The proposed site for the 144-bed facility is next door to the existing Willowdale Retirement Village, built by Stockland.

Bolton Clarke – formerly the combined RSL Care and Royal District Nursing Service (RDNS) – has lodged plans for the development with Campbelltown Council.

This will be QLD-grown Bolton Clarke’s third NSW aged care facility – they already have Cabrini in Sydney’s Westmead and Bolton Point in Lake Macquarie on the NSW far north coast.
