Record price: over-55s Sydney penthouse sold for $13M+

A ‘boutique’ development in Vaucluse (Sydney) called Nangara, and comprising of just five apartments which will only be available to residents aged 55 or older, has just smashed the record price with the Penthouse selling for over $13 million.

The previous record for an apartment was $4.465 million.

Sold off the plan, the Penthouse is 430m² over two levels and includes four car spaces.

The original site was home to a six-bedroom house. Only two apartments remain to be sold – each with a $6.1 million price tag.

The developer is RNB Property Group which specialises in high-end developments in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
