Regis buys 771 Masonic Care QLD beds plus retirement village land

Private care operator Regis has cherry-picked the purchase of four prime residential care facilities, delivering 771 high quality beds. They also have purchased 26,000 square meters for 244 village units. They paid $163M which equates to $229,000 per bed with the land thrown in for free – a top price.

Regis did not want a 49 bed care facility on the Gold Coast.

Masonic states it will use the cash to redirect to its charity works.
