Rob Evers launches new P2P disruption business – Care Support Network

A “game changer” is how Rob Evers, veteran aged and disability care leader, including CEO of Wesley Mission Victoria, describes the impact of the peer-to-peer disruption business platform in the aged and disability care sectors.

Last week he demonstrated his belief by launching the Care Support Network (mycsn.com.au) which he has funded himself with a small group of investors and which he leads as Founder and CEO.

Check out their video here.

Rob states there will be a massive shortfall of carers under the NDIS rollout and take up of CDC in home care – 60 to 70,000 or more will be required by 2019 – and new workers will demand the flexibility which the P2P platform can provide.

The inflexibility of existing operator overheads in a free market situation will also drive clients and workers to the more efficient P2P marketplace.

Given his Not For Profit background, Rob states they wish to be the partner of choice for existing care operators.

He recently purchased the Find A Carer business which delivered him a database of 3,000 carers and a national marketplace. They are already delivering business to his Care Support Network.
