RSL LifeCare plans six-storey $47.8M village redevelopment on Sydney’s Northern Beaches

The Not For Profit wants to demolish 15 single-storey buildings with 30 units to make way for 86 two-bedroom units – complete with rooftop pool and recreation areas at its Anzac Village in Narrabeen, 23km north-east of the CBD.

The application will now be decided by the Sydney North Planning Panel as it is valued over $20 million.

Anzac Village has over 500 homes and also provides residential care in eight care homes to 500 residents, but RSL LifeCare says the more than 11,000sq m development will help to meet an increasing demand for seniors housing.
