Now new CEO Laurie Leigh has withdrawn the application following complaints from existing village residents according to the Daily Tele.

Peter Yardley and his wife Janet Slater were chosen by the residents’ committee at the village to speak on their behalf and say residents are concerned about its “height, bulk, scale, overshadowing and privacy issues”.

Ms Leigh says she wants to consult further with residents before submitting a revised application.
