RVA offers discounts to China retirement village conference

The Chinese Government has planned for 3,000,000 people to enter retirement villages over the next 10 years. Australians are already providing consulting advice to this young sector. May 24-27 is the dates for the Retirement Living World China conference in Beijing; a sizable Australia delegation of operators and advisors are attending. Eager retirees offer cash so they don’t miss out at Calvary retirement living event

Around 80 prospective residents last Friday attended Calvary Health Care’s inaugural Transition into Retirement Living Education Session at Ryde Calvary, Sydney. It led to some residents trying unsuccessfully to hand over $1000 in cash to reserve a unit. Occupancy is now 98%.
