The community hospital in Keith, in the south-east of South Australia is facing the possibility of closure in 2011. The hospital is home to 18 aged care residents. The hospital is on the verge of opening a Commonwealth-funded general services wing, but the SA Government has reduced funding by $300,000 per year.
