Seasons is a privately owned operator the currently has six Private Aged Care Communities across South East Queensland that it operates under the Retirement Villages Act. Owned by residential developer Phil Usher (not the Tall Trees Phil Usher), and lead by veteran hospital administrator Nick Loudon, Seasons sells their apartments the DMF structure. Another five purpose built Private Aged Care Communities are under development, which will provide close to an additional one thousand Low and High care apartments to the Seasons Group.
